Our primary objective is to offer a comprehensive and intuitive free sleep tracking solution to all Apple Watch users. Each morning, Sleep++ provides you with a straightforward report detailing the duration of your sleep and the overall quality of your rest.
AUTOMATIC MODE:
To effortlessly track your sleep, simply wear your Apple Watch overnight. Sleep++ will automatically analyze your sleep data and deliver a concise report on the length of your sleep as well as its restfulness.
MANUAL MODE:
If you prefer greater control over the recording of your sleep periods, or if your pre-sleep routine poses challenges for automatic detection, Sleep++ allows for manual sleep tracking:
- Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep.
- Indicate the start time when you begin sleeping.
- Specify the wake-up time when you awaken.
NOTES:
Sleep++ seamlessly integrates with the Health App, ensuring the safe and private transfer of your activity data for automatic sleep tracking. Additionally, Sleep++ offers the option to save your Sleep Analysis to your Health database after each night of tracking, providing a comprehensive overview of your sleep patterns over time.
